Is my booth deposit refundable?
Nope! Once you're in, you're in. Booth deposits are non-refundable, so we can lock in all the magic.

What spaces are available to rent?
We have two vendor areas: the Arbor and the Yurt. Both have roofs to keep you covered!

Is electricity available?
There's electricity in the Yurt, so if you need to plug in, that's your spot! The Arbor doesn't have electricity, so plan accordingly.

What time can I load in?
You've got up to 2 hours before the event starts to load in and get your space looking fabulous.

Is parking available for vendors?
Yes, but it's cozy! Parking is limited, so if you're bringing helpers, carpool it up and save some spots for everyone.

Will food be available?
We're working on it! But just in case, pack some snacks and drinks to keep you fueled during the 4-hour event. You know yourself best.

Can I reserve classroom space?
Ellen's your go-to for classroom coordination! We have classroom spaces in the energy vortex (outside) and in the Grove House living room. Space is first-come, first-served and reserved for classes only, so reach out to her if you're planning to teach.

What happens if it rains?
Rain or shine, baby! We're happening. Plus, both vendor areas have a roof, so you'll stay dry and cozy.

How is the event being promoted?
We're spreading the word on Facebook and in Natural Awakenings Charlotte. And we'd love your help! Please share the event through your own channels so we can pack the place.

How long has this fair been running?
This is our fourth Sacred Grove Holistic Fair — and it keeps getting better!

Do I need to bring my own table and chairs?
Yep! Bring your own table and any chairs you need to set up your dream booth.

Will all vendor applications be approved?
We wish we could say yes to everyone! But to keep things balanced and awesome, we curate a mix of services and goods — so not all applications will be approved.

When will I know my booth location?
We'll assign booth spaces a few days before the event. Day-of, just find Nicole or Ellen (your friendly event volunteers!) and they'll point you in the right direction.

Is there WiFi available?
Nope, no WiFi on-site. Plan to use your phone's hotspot if you need to stay connected.
