We all carry stories about love, written into us long before we had words for them. These stories quietly shape what we believe is possible in our relationships, how safe we feel to be ourselves, and how freely love can move through us.

In this transformative 60-minute presentation, Elizabeth Alanis draws from over 25 years of personal healing and sacred practice to introduce two Medicine Wheels she received in vision: the Wheel of Loving, which reveals eight qualities of conscious, balanced love, and the Wheel of the Shadow of Loving, which maps eight ways love becomes distorted when shaped by wounds, fear, or unmet needs.

Through guided reflection and experiential practice, you will begin to recognize the love patterns you carry, understand why relationships that begin with love can still cause deep pain, and take your first steps toward loving yourself and others from a place of wholeness.
