What you will be up to:

Join your coaches Ellen Whiteside and Nicole Mitchell as they take you through a process of reconnecting with your inner fire and power throughout the course of the retreat. ​Through various exercises, stories, and guided meditations our goal is not for you to change, but for you to uncover the most authentic expression of yourself. ​Find yourself fulfilled after a weekend of deep self-reflection and connections with others!
