Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review the following cancellation and rescheduling guidelines for online sessions: Cancellation Fee – Any session canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or missed without prior notice is subject to a $30 cancellation fee. This helps account for the time reserved and the inability to schedule another client in your place. Rescheduling – If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee. Rescheduling within 24 hours may be treated as a cancellation. Late Arrivals – If you arrive late to your session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, the session may be considered a no-show, and the cancellation fee will apply. Emergency Considerations – I understand that unexpected circumstances arise. If an emergency prevents you from attending your session, please contact me as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. Refund Policy – Payments for sessions are non-refundable, except in cases where I need to cancel and rescheduling is not an option. How to Cancel or Reschedule – Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made via email, phone, or online in the member area at least 24 hours in advance.
