Join Shawn at Sacred Grove for an intuitive tea blending seasonal workshop to connect to your inner wisdom and create your own herbal medicine. We will enter into a space of deep communion with self and our innate wisdom that lies within through guided meditation. Root into the heart of Mother Earth, journey through the senses and become intimate with the wisdom of the herbs selected to support our collective seasonal experiences. After intuitively choosing from a variety of herbs, we brew our magic as Shawn guides you through the medicinal and spiritual benefits of each blend created. Let the medicine dive deeper as we connect with a single plant spirit in a guided meditation.
